Same experience as another review. We had a problem with our Polaris pool cleaner with communication error code. We were referred to T&N by two separate pool companies. After contacting them they picked up the unit up at our house, took care of warranty coverage with Polaris, and returned the fixed cleaner the next day. We had a problem with our Polaris pool cleaner, just wouldn’t run. Kept getting an comms error message. After being referred by Brady’s pools, we contacted T&N. I can only say their service was Top Class. Picked unit up at our house, took care of warranty coverage with Polaris, kept us up to date on progress, and returned to our driveway.
