If I could give half a star, I would. I am a current tenant and am so disappointed in their customer service. They don' t reply timely to emails, they lie and say they've left me voicemails when they haven't, they wanted me to verify the gardeners invoice (didn't know I was supposed to keep track of when they came), the lawn hasn't been mowed since Fall of 2019, and none of the regular home maintenance gets done. I have been a home owner myself and understand the diligence that needs to go into upkeeping a home. I would not trust these guys with my home. I am sure there are more reliable companies out there.
