60 minute initial nutritional consultation & 3 day customized meal plan
This package is suited for those individuals who are looking for help with a short term goal or a specific concern. Example's: specific eating like plant based, anti-inflammatory lifestyle, general digestive concerns and more.
What to expect with the 60 minute one-on-one initial nutritional consultation:
-via phone/video chat or in person
-discuss your intake form and food diary
-discuss in detail your current symptoms and health concerns
-discuss future health and lifestyle goals
-will be provided a customized nutritional protocol including supplementation and 3 day meal plan
Package 2
60 minute initial nutritional consultation & two 30 minute follow ups & 1 week customized meal plan
This package is suited for those individuals who are looking for a deeper healing experience and those with long term goals. This package is designed to provide guidance and accountability over a period of time to achieve sustainable change. This is perfect for those interested in addressing suspected food allergies/intolerances through the elimination diet as it is a several week process. Also those interested in detoxing protocols, healing leaky gut, disordered eating and more.

-discuss in detail your current symptoms and health concerns

-address food allergies/intolerance/deficienices
-unlimited accountability and support via e-mail throughout the program
-will be provided a customized nutritional protocol including supplementation and a 1 week meal plan
What to expect with the 30 minute follow ups:
-detailed discussion of your current symptoms or lack of symptoms with the new protocol
-discuss any changes that are required to your protocol and meal plan to progress your healing
-continued unlimited accountability and support via e-mail throughout the program
-will be provided additional handouts and recipes
Meal Plan Services
Food Diary Analysis- $50.00
- 15 minute phone or video chat to discuss your health concerns and goals
-analysis of your 1-2 week food diary
-will be provided a mini protocol on what to change in order to address your health concerns and goals
-will be provided a 3 day customized meal plan
Live Blood Analysis
This diagnostic option can be done independently or added onto any packages listed above. When done independently you will not be provided a customized meal plan but you will be provided a detailed explanation of what is being viewed during our session and a detailed nutrition/supplementation protocol and take home results page.
What to expect in this initial blood analysis session
- this one-on-one service would take place in office approximately 90 minutes for the first visit and 45 minutes for follow ups
