I bought from them two new cars in two years plus I was paying them for switching and storage the tires. When I called them to book the appointment to put the winter tires on they gave me the appointment for 18 days later! Today I showed up and the guy at the desk told me that I was suppose to wait 3 hrs to have the car back!!! To switch 4 tires 3 hours waiting!! I state that I already have the winter tires on their rims, It takes 20 mins if you want to do it taking your time! When I told the guy I can't wait so long cause I have to go to work and you should have told me about the long waiting he looked at me like "come on man don't be like that!" He offered me some kind of shuttle service, I said ok but I live in Airdrie I need to go home before work and then I have to go to Downtown. Again the face "come on man don't be like that!" Sorry guys next time I'll get a day off at work so you can have all the time you need! It ended up that I had to get my tires back from their storage and go to another place.
