I met Kate at a wedding show and I tried one of her cake cups! Right then and there I knew I had to book her for my wedding! Kate had a sketch of our cake designed and sent to us in a day after meeting with her! Anytime I had to send her an email or make a change she was always quick to respond. She was even able to accommodate our cutting cake when we found out my husband was Gluten Intolerant! I would highly recommend Kate to anyone! You won’t be disappointed! More...

We were incredibly pleased at how our wedding cake turned out. We wanted a gluten free cake, which was hard to find a cake that wasn't too dry or too sweet. Kate makes wonderful gluten free cakes - the cake was moist and it was just the right amount of sweetness! We also debated doing fresh or sugar flowers and we ended up doing sugar flowers and they turned out perfectly! Kate was fantastic to work with, from the initial email correspondence and calls, to the tasting, to delivering the cake and even lending us a lovely stand. The cake design surpassed the sketches she showed us and the salted caramel cake was complimented by all the guests who tried it. Kate did an amazing job with our wedding desserts - we ended up getting 1 small(ish) cake, two dozen cupcakes and three dozen cakecups - all of which were amazing! She has so many delicious flavour combinations to choose from and was incredibly accommodating! All of her cakes are nut free and she even offered gluten free at no extra charge so everyone at the wedding was able to enjoy dessert. I genuinely can't say enough positive things about Stacked and the service we received. The details on the cake were also insane - the flowers are so good they look real! Kate was such a pleasure to work with for both our Bridal Shower and Wedding day. She sent us away with boxes full of sample cake cups so we could have our tasting in the comfort of our own home. We had such a variety between both days to satisfy all of our guests. We wanted a more affordable alternative to an 8 tier wedding cake and we found the cake cups to be the perfect addition to our 2 tier cake for cutting!
