HDR Real Estate Photography
High dynamic range still photos. We blend 5 images with different exposure values to remap image brightness to better match what our naked eyes can see. Better image quality. This option is required when exterior features need to be clearly visible through windows in interior shots. Recommended for sunny days with direct sunlight.
Enhanced HDR Still Photos
Highest image quality. We use flash photography and 5 images with different exposure values to ensure an accurate color of the scene unaffected by practical lights, as well as blend in the ambient natural lights and practical lights to create the typical high key "commercial look". Recommended for listings requiring the best image quality.
Economic Still Photos
Single exposure with limited dynamic range. This option is only practical if exterior features through windows is NOT important for interior shots. Recommended for overcast and rainy days when NO direct/harsh sunlight is coming into the interior.
Basic Matterport 3D Virtual Tour
We currently use Ricoh Theta Z1 camera for our basic quality Matterport scans. Higher quality services will be available soon.
Twilight Real Estate Photography
Photos taken at twilight hours to highlight the exterior lightings, as well as sunset views of the listing. Recommended for listings requiring a luxury look.
