Well we told you what the reason was for your leak, you needed two new elbows. I even took a video for you, so you can see the issue.. We also mentioned we can fix the problem. It was a small fix. But you insisted on calling the company who did your eavestrough because you have warranty.. We unscrewed your downspouts and unclogged all of them.. More work was needed.. you didn't want to pay.
