What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Experience.
As a pro for more than 20 years I can take great photos in a grocery store. EXPERIENCE has taught me that everyone is different. Spending a few minutes getting to know my subject, finding a great background & looking for light will combine to make incredible images that will amaze.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Depends on the event.
For weddings, I like to know how they met. Are they laid back people who want a fun representation of themselves or CRAZY fun couple who want the event of shooting to be as fun as the final image. In the end, it's always about the client.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know people. Learning about what makes them tic & somehow getting that to show up in the work that I produce.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife.
I met Marianna, my wife, when she was the photographer at my brother's wedding. My brother hired Marianna's father's company to shoot his wedding and the photographer that showed up was my wife.
Needless to say, I was bedazzled and immediately had to stalk to her.
hehe hehe Make and appointment and I will tell you the full story.
Put it this way. We were engaged within 3 months & now have 4 kids.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID POLICY
SIGS Photo permits a wedding date change due to Covid19 free of charge, provided we are available on the new date. In the event you find that your wedding cannot be held on the date you booked with us, contact Marianna immediately. She will work with you to set up a new date in 2023-2024.
If the wedding is rescheduled due to covid19, SIGS Photography will allow the reception to take place on an alternative date, provided we are available on the new date. Some couples MUST be married asap (can’t wait any longer!!) but still want a reception in the future. As above, you can split the day into your original booking and hold the reception at a later date. If you are choosing to do this please contact Marianna immediately. She will work with you to set up a new date in 2023-2024. Remember. The only condition is that we are not booked. So the sooner you make arrangements the less stress.
