What makes a great website?
A website first and foremost needs to load properly and provide a clear and easy to understand path to purchasing or finding information. A website is really two things, it is a sales and information tool for the business and a resource for the viewer. A website that is easy to use, navigate and search will keep people returning.

What is the goal of the website? Is it to make a sale, generate a phone call or subscribe someone to your newsletter or podcast?

What do you love most about your job?
I get to learn about a lot of different businesses in a way that most people do not. When we work with businesses to streamline their processes, develop content or automate sales we learn the nitty gritty of what they do, how they operate and what makes them special. This keeps my job interesting and I get learn something new every single day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I started 20 years ago I found there were not a lot of web companies that really took the time to understand the business they were working with. Without a deep understanding of the business how can we help you succeed? So I started my own company to help small and medium size businesses grow.

The Aggressive Servers Monitoring System continuously benchmarks the server’s system for web, ftp, and email performance – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If problems arise, our technicians are instantly notified, ready to take immediate and corrective actions.
Real time backups are performed in case of mechanical breakdown and real time incremental backups are performed and stored on an offsite location on a rolling 30-day schedule.

So what is SEO? SEO is really about three main things:
Fast, Efficient & Error Free Website – It seems like an obvious statement and yet we websites all the time running on so called “affordable” hosting providers that are slow, full of errors behind the scenes and believe it or not we still see many that are not mobile friendly!
