We’ve been looking for a good electrician for the longest time and we’ve found them. Rusco Electric was not only prompt at responding my request, but on the day of service Majid arrived on time and diligently worked on what needed to be done (relocating a outlet and light switch, replacing a ceiling fan among them), despite one of the tasks was more challenging than expected. He was very respectful, patient, clean, where he needed to cut the drywall, he did it with care and using exactly what he needed without making a mess or destroying the walls, explained all things throughly and came prepared with materials and solutions so no time was wasted. After removing the popcorn ceiling with a different company, we didn’t want to install the old light fixture and got an 8ft track ceiling instead. Hadi was always very good in communicating with us before and after the job was accepted. He clearly described the steps he would follow in a simple way and provided us with the estimated cost. We agreed on it and very easily found a time that would work for both of us.On the day of the job, he arrived on time and also let us know 15min or so in advance that he was almost here (a good refreshing experience after you had contractors arriving very late or not showing up at all like our previous one).He was very efficient in putting the fixture up and also communicated with us during the process. Hadi & Rusco Electric Services Ltd. are amazing! We’ve had Hadi the electrician complete several jobs at our house - he’s our first choice when we need any electrical work done. Rusco Electric is flexible, kind and considerate and always does an A+ job. When we first moved into our house (build in the 1940’s) most of the basement pot lights and outlets did not work. Rusco electric was able to fix all 14 lights and added/moved 2 electrical outlets to note user friendly locations. In addition, he recommended we install a smart radiator in the bathroom (as part of the bathroom renovation) to reduce moisture. Finally, he was able to upgrade all our lightbulbs to LED lighting which is much more efficient and has a lower operating cost. Rusco electric has also l installed several new light fixtures in the bathroom and dining room of our house. They are always conscious of safety regulations and always leave their workspace cleaner than when they arrive! We highly recommend Rusco Electric Services Ltd. for any of your electrical needs. The gentleman mr. hadi Roustim was hired to provide services for me a few months ago in my house and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable but most importantly he was extremely helpful and respectful.
