What do you love most about your job?
The positive change and celebrating progress with clients makes this job fulfilling. When I see a client learn to change their thought patterns to a more constructive, supportive pattern that leads to more positive emotions and behaviours, it shows the client’s work and commitment to their well-being pay off.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Experiencing my own hardships in life led me to undergo my own healing and create and understanding of what many of us experience. I realize we are not alone in our journey, but I also remember what it felt like to feel you are alone and there is no one around to help or understand what you are going through. This motivates me to help others, to provider tools and strategies, proven methods, support, encouragement, hope and a listening ear.
