First of all, I will meet with you to see if we are a good fit for each other. I take each new client through a thorough Fitness Assessment. If the first step is not some sort of assessment, you're liking getting a one size fits all approach. After getting background information from you, we will have you do exercise tests, and then conclude with goal setting.

Disciplined exercise and nutrition. Being realistic with what you are willing to do to achieve the results you are searching for. I give all of my clients the timeline for their unique goals in a brutally honest fashion. I promise that if you follow my advice, you will achieve what your are looking for in a timely manner!

I love working with people, teaching them about how to move their bodies, how to wade through all the information that is out there and steer them down a more simplified path!

I realized that I loved helping people with fitness. I was being asked all the time for help and it seemed like a natural fit. Also, I have a degree in Kinesiology along with experience doing research as well as working with high performance athletes.

I try to deliver the ideal training for each client. I also try to make things as fun and social as I can. After a few sessions, I will learn what motivates you, and once you get to know me, and how my light sense of humour can soften the stigma around exercise, I'll help you fall in love with the process!

Services

Personal training within the comfort of your home or office gym. If no equipment is available, it will be provided.

Personal Training at our facility in Kitsilano. Fully equipped gym with lots of space, great access to parking and friendly environment.

Training delivered online. We will meet weekly to track your progress, update your goals and keep you motivated.
