What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. To really help people with buying and selling homes you can't hide behind a computer. It's about getting to know my clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals, whether that's buying their first home, moving up to a bigger home, down-sizing (or right-sizing) or perhaps investing in real estate to build wealth. My clients become my friends and it is the most fulfilling part of my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for many years in broadcasting both as an on-air radio announcer and as an on-air personality and weather anchor for CTV and CTS. After many years it was time to start something new and real estate really appealed to me. Helping people buy and sell real estate is more than a job. It's an opportunity to connect with people.

I am a full-time real estate agent. This isn't just a hobby or something I do "on the side". When I work with my clients they are my priority.
In addition, I am constantly upgrading my skills as the real estate business has been going through rapid change with all of the new technology. I am always learning what's new and best for my clients!

Yes. Meetings can definitely be scheduled using Zoom, FaceTime, or any online platform. Also, I provide full electronic signing options so any contract signing can be done remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In addition to the use of online meeting technology and electronic signing there are a number of changes that have been implemented to ensure safety during Covid-19.
I offer extensive photography and video as well as floor plans and virtual tours so that potential buyers can fully see a property.
All signing including closing procedures can be done remotely via electronic signatures.
Retrieval of house keys (for buyers) can be via lockbox with combination provided to the buyers by the lawyer on closing day.
