The last 1% of work is always where you can see a contractors quality. We have some finishing challenges (not reliant fault) that I was concerned about. Mirand was on it. He redid our bill as somethings changed and it was lower. Not an issue at all and they were so so communicative and consistent until everything was fixed and done. I'II recommend this team to anyone.

We did build a new garage, reliant contractors Ltd helped us out with a few ideas and they did amazing job.

am extremely happy with the work that Mirand did for me. Other roofing and plumbing companies either provided me with outrageous quotes or said they could only do the roofing part (if they were roofers) or the venting part (if they were plumbers). Mirand was able to do the roofing and venting in a very timely way and was happy to take on a small job between his other big jobs. He explained clearly what he was doing and where a previous contractor had skipped corners and how it might impact my attic. He was very professional, pleasant to work with, has fair pricing, arrived when he said he would. We were able to set up a convenient time for the work to be done and Mirand arrived when he said he would be there, after texting me his planned arrival time (very much appreciated considering our experiences with other contractors). We had water on the plywood on the roof and it
looked like the whole roof was saturated. It was
looking like the roof was going to need to be
replaced right at the start of winter. Mirand
responded immediately to my phone call,
arranged a time to see me the next day. He later
texted his availability and came to the house after
his other job. He inspected the entire attic, gave
us great news that the moisture was just humidity
from bathroom vent and gave us great advice
despite the fact the visit wasn't going to be a big
profit job. He refused payment and was very

I had to do a garage project as the neighborhood was getting very rough, My wife's car window was broken into and so we decided to build a garage. Mirand was one of the contractors that came in with great reviews and so i gave him a call, he was very prompt, gave me a fair quote.
