There are two of them - a man and a woman. They arrived at 9:00am sharp. They asked a few questions about the house and then began cleaning for the next 4 hours without a break. They did a very good job. My only issue is that they are a bit superficial as they have a lot to do. To start with, the communication with the company’s representative Callam was quite detailed and he suggested us a suitable cleaning package to meet our needs.
