They responded quickly and professionally. Some other companies send me text message without introducing themselves first and I had to "guess" and ask who they were. ...Their appointment was scheduled with clarity and all the information you need. We asked for eaves cleaning service and Rhys told us the eaves are in good condition and they recommended to have the cleaning service every three years than once a year. The gentlemen from Raptor Windows arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. I am not one to write reviews, honestly I am one of those who leaves it for later and always forgets however this guys were so awesome to my husband and I that I cannot let it pass us by.
We have just purchased a home and need to do a bunch of upgrades now and in the near future so as you can imagine that cash register keeps wringing out. So we came to the eaves part and this guys came thru within minutes of my posting, they stopped by our new house the same day and gave us what we thought it was an honest assessment. Needless to say, they made us feel like old long time friends or family right away, we had to go with them there was no way about it. Just a couple of days later they came in, repaired our eaves, put in some new guards all with a very friendly and most of all a profesional heart in their sleeves approach.
My advise to anyone out there who could use their service, hire, respect and honour then for that is what they will give you 100 % of the time. It is hard to come across people like this nowadays. I would not hesitate to hire them again. More...

Thanks Chirag, We asked you at the end if everything was great and you said it was. You even called us back to do extra work without any extra payment. We are not sure what other equipment we can use other than our upgraded ladders. We professionally clean windows the traditional method and it is used in many successful window cleaning companies and many of our customers will agree.
