Jay was a true professional installer, I bought my bracket from Costco and it hadn't enough screws inside, but he brings necessary screws for free and installed it as the best.

Arrived on time (given the crappy weather and road conditions) and the tech knew exactly what he was doing. Took about an hour and I would certainly recommend them to others! I’m a very happy camper

I would highly recommend Mr. Jay, who is extremely professional in mounting TVs. He seemed to work in a way that indicated that he knows what he needs to do by heart without even looking at instructions… He even evaluates the screws that come with the brackets you buy to see if they are good and safe ones or not… and he will not use them if he feels they are not safe, but provides other ones that are safe and that will not damage your wall… He mounted my TV perfectly and secured it well above my fireplace. One of the things that I appreciated was his impressive and extremely fast service, as well as his attention to making sure that everything is safe before he leaves to give a peace of mind to his client.
