I had Pome Bakery made a cake for my daughter’s 9th birthday. It was everything we hoped for…and more. Sadhna, the manager, was so courteous, professional, and patient with my requirements and in-person inquiries. I was unsure of my requirements and was admittedly nervous about the final product with the many ideas, requests and pictures in mind. She helped me with picking the right cake i.e. with selection, flavour and design, I admit they delivered in truly upstanding fashion!!!. They were timely and assured me everything would be fine. The cake was perfectly delicious and the decorations were spot on, not overly sweet and sooooo, very beautiful!. Their work was polished and the cake and frosting had a great flavor. Everyone in attendance was wowed by the work and taste and asked where we got the cake. Inside and out, the cake was great! Oh dear lord, the triple chocolate chip cookie...worth every carb and then some. I would rather have one really amazing cookie than a bunch of them made with boatload of garbage with artificial flavours or sweetened with sugar alcohols. Nothing better than the real stuff! Their other products look lovely and the lady was very personable. I look forward to the opening of the new cafe in the near future in our neighborhood. Fresh and more creative product... Like butter chicken crroisant, curry bunn, wedding cakes and eggless pastry and cakes , gluten free pastry .... I am love in it
