I loved everything about my new house except the kitchen. It was just so dark with the black backsplash and wood cupboards. While shopping for kitchen cabinet painters, I stumbled across PlatinumPro Painters by doing a simple google search. The website was very clear, professional, and informative about the services offered. I decided to give them a call to get a quote as I needed the job done ASAP. Due to my urgent needs, the company sent a salesperson to my house within hours to provide a quote. The salesperson attended and provided information, explained procedures, and answered all questions that we had. I decided to go with this company although I had no previous experience with them based on the information on the website and my conversation with the salesperson.

The painters/crew arrived on time and got to work right away. One of the painters that attended, Sebastian, was extremely friendly, helpful, and ensured that I was content with the work they were doing. The painters paid attention to every little detail and transformed my entire kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity cabinets throughout the entire house. The kitchen cabinets were originally a dark brown / red colour, and now they are painted cloud white. The new paint colour has made the kitchen look brand new and bright. We had a great experience with Todd and his team. We were a bit nervous going into the job as the cabinets were in good shape and are good quality. We did not want to end up with a low-quality job. We really wanted to just update the colour. Well, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Todd gave us a quote and went through the details and timing. We got ourselves ready and Sebastian and his partner Steve showed up on time and communicated through the entire process. Everything was done on time. I just had my cupboards refinished by Todd's company and they are beautiful! I am so pleased with them. Firstly, my cupboards were in bad shape when I put in the estimate request. Todd came the next day with an estimate and explained the entire process and that same day he emailed the estimate with all of the particulars.They began the job shortly after and the men were hard working and were very respectful of the premises making sure to cover everything and move things carefully. It is a lot of work but they were methodical and systematic. After two days in my home, they removed cupboard doors and finish them in the factory.Although they were not always on time, they would phone to let us know if they were going to be late.The cupboards were put back and they attached all my new hardware for me. The kitchen looks brand new and I cannot believe how much cheaper it was than purchasing all new cupboards. Even my adult children were impressed and the kitchen looks fresh and new and bright!Todd answered any email or phone call or inquiry that I had immediately and he was always approachable, reasonable, pleasant and most of all, enthusiastic about his craft. I just had my kitchen refinished and I couldn't be happier with Todd and his crew at Platinum Pro Painters. My kitchen was 22 years old, it has seen children, grandchildren and great grand children raised in it. In an Italian household the kitchen is the gathering place, many Sunday dinners, lots of celebrations and a home cooked meals almost every night. So it say it was well used is an understatement. It needed some TLC, lots of TLC. That’s where Todd and his crew stepped in. Within 8 days they removed the old cupboard doors, taped up my kitchen, painted the trim, refinished the bones of kitchen and brought back, my old cupboard doors, looking as though they had gone back in time 22 years ago!

We have recently completed redecorating the interior of our home and had selected Platinum Pro Painters Inc based on a recommendation from a friend. What a refreshing organization to deal with. From start to finish, the professionalism, integrity, and quality of work exhibited by Chris (the owner) and his team of painters, who worked on our home, was second to non. Their checking and rechecking on the work to be done and their attention to detail meant that we received exactly what we wanted. It is not easy to get a full sense of the colour selected for the walls from a small colour strip. The team demonstrated flexibility at the outset as we slightly modified the intensity of our initial colour selection, for part of the house, to complement the house interior at the team's advice.
Particular mention should be made to Frank, the leader of our team of painters, whose special endearing personality, and constant desire to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the finish of the work, often meant putting in extra time to finish the work to his high standard - and ours. This was done without complaint and always a cheery disposition. From the beginning until the end of the process, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the high level of customer service. Dear Todd,
For a few years my wife and I have had the conversation about updating our kitchen by getting the cabinets refurbished/painted. We debated back and forth since we were both from the school that said you don’t paint over wooden oak cabinets.
 
After watching a multitude of shows on television showing the dramatic transformation from brown oak cabinets to white, we decided to take the plunge and “go for it”.
 
Not knowing where to start we just googled “paint kitchen cabinets” and by some fluke opened your website and starting exploring the possibility of at least starting the conversation about this kitchen reno.
 
We were very pleased and somewhat surprised that you were available to come to our home so quickly to discuss this issue with us and as you know, before you left, we made the decision to make the change.
 
For a few days following our initial conversation we actually wondered if we had made a mistake. Would the change be too drastic given the fact that we had lived with oak cabinets for 27 years?
 
Now that the reno is complete we are absolutely thrilled with the result. The appearance of our kitchen is more modern, brighter and makes the space seem larger.
I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with the workers who came both to dismantle the doors/drawers and those who taped the kitchen and painted the cabinets.
We were impressed with not only their professionalism, but their attention to detail and making sure that everything was perfect.
