I would never recommend using this floral company as a service. They are rude, and choose not to rectify an issue that they caused. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, called to confirm later in the day they were being sent out. They confirmed that my flowers were going out, only for my mother not to receive them. Then they blamed me for my credit card being declined, which they failed to mention on the phone when I originally called which is also a lie as I did not even order on a credit card. They also assumed a personal relationship that was never mentioned. What a pathetic way to rectify a mistake on your own account. Ordered flowers for my grandmother in Metchosin. What a nice lady to deal with. Especially during this covid crisis time. I did not expect any flowers to be able to be delivered and I tried calling this company . After a couple tries someone answered and I was able to get a really pretty fresh bouquet out to her. I am so impressed. It is so stressful out there and to be able to get something same day is so impressive. They were fresh and granny loved them. Thanks for the time on the phone. We live on a small street with a fair amount of kids and animals. This driver has very little regard for the neighborhood and is constantly speeding up and down our road Either give her more time to get the deliveries done, or make sure she slows down in quiet residential neighborhoods.
