We exclusively practice family law. We love what we do and being in court, but we try our best to keep you out of court whenever possible. We fight hard in court and prepare even harder for every court appearance.
We are happy to provide a second opinion if you have a lawyer already, be it trial strategy, chances of success for a court application or any other questions related to family law.

We accept clients from all over in British Columbia and can provide services remotely via Zoom video.
We can also appear in person for trials in courts outside of the Greater Vancouver Area including Vancouver Island and interior BC.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following all COVID19 protocols as per health authorities guidelines including mandatory mask indoors, disinfecting surfaces before and after use, social distancing and limiting number of people in meeting rooms and confined spaces (when in-person meetings are necessary for signing documents etc.) All our staff are fully vaccinated.

Appeals
We have experience at all levels of court in BC. We can assess a lower court's decision, provide an assessment of the likelihood of a successful appeal, and represent you at the appellant court. Please note that appeals are time-barred, and it is important to consult a lawyer as soon as possible to preserve your right to appeal.
Mediation
We provide mediation services for family law related matters.
