Chris has added a Personal Trainer to his services he offers. I have been going to Obi the trainer since he started in October. Because I have arthritis I believe move it or lose it. So Obi has been helpful in getting my fitness level up. I am noticing difference in my whole being.
I recommend Obi he's understanding of my limits, he's patience and we do have a lot of laughter in our sessions.

I came to see Chris for lower back pain and after a few months of physio and IMS my back feels better than it has in 5 years at least. I had persistent pain in my right shoulder and was so impressed by how much the IMS treatment helped, and so quickly! Highly recommend the Penticton Physiotherapy & IMS Clinic. My experience was great. Even before I arrived for my first visit the reception staff were super friendly, very helpful and really displayed excellent customer service.
Chris was amazing in helping me recover from a sports related shoulder injury. He introduced me to IMS and it worked absolute wonders. My treatments with Chris helped relieve pain and drastically improved my range of motion.
I'm happy to say that Chris helped me recover fully and I'm now and back to working out and playing hockey again.
