They don't have the best estimators at all! In my opinion. I really feel like they need some education on proper estimates or they need to learn how to hire the right people. Right now they are looking for estimators to hire. I feel sorry for the clients and employees that have to deal with the incompetence. You can place my information on there all you like lol, you can complain to google all you like. Please be an adult and stop acting like a victim because nobody has threatened you, The only person that's threatening, is you! towards me, saying you're going to sue me, well good luck with that buddy. This post is my opinion from me and a few others and it's not going anywhere. Fortunately I have not had to experience you guys. But if you're looking to hire an estimator, it's almost expected because in my opinion your previous estimators had no idea what they were doing. I contacted Abdo to paint my basement when I did my renovation and I’m glad I did because I was super happy with his quality of work and finishes. We hired Pedigree Painting to do the exterior painting of our house and are extremely happy with the work they did. Stuart came and looked at the job – went over their process and provided a detailed quote very quickly. The quote provided was competitive and at the end of the job there were no surprises. Once the job was scheduled Pablo was in touch to complete a color consult and to schedule the work. Pablo kept us informed of each step of process and the work was completed as scheduled with no delays. Our painters were Abdo and Ilyas and they were exceptional. They were very detailed in their work and respectful of their work area – I have never had a crew leave the job site so clean and tidy at the end of every work day. They were a pleasure to have around. Overall, the entire team was great to deal with- there was always someone to answer any questions, they did what they said they would do, the price was the price they quoted, the work was excellent and they were friendly and professional – what more can you ask for. Unlike the other 3 painters whom I contacted, Pedigree actually responded immediately. Stuart scheduled a date for the work to be done on my stairwell and sent me a follow-up email detailing what to expect and who the project manager would be. When the original painter fell ill, a manager was sent to do the prep work and drywall repair. No delays. Pablo and his crew came the next work day to complete the job. I hired Pedigree Painting for one of my projects. It is an over 1500 sq ft Yaletown apartment. The Scop of work included: trims, baseboards, doors, ceilings, and walls. Not only did Stuart and the team do an exceptional job on this project, but everyone was a pleasure to work with. Paul, Pedigree’s supervisor, professionally provided guidance when I needed it.
