A very special "thank you" from Dixie's family and Dixie of course to Kristen and her staff for taking such good care of her while we were on vacation. It was her very first stay at a pet resort and judging by the pictures that you were kind enough to post and her happy disposition when we picked her up, she had an amazing stay. Thank you for taking such good care of me while "mom and dad" were away! I love coming to "puppy camp" to visit all my friends! The ladies all take such good care of me in their super clean facility! I have even had a hair cut while I was there and it was not a stressful time for me! I love my time at "camp"!!
Looking forward to seeing all my friends again.....

We have used Companions since August and are so grateful for everything they do for our dog Harry. Their staff is caring and compassionate and we know that Harry is in good hands (and he comes home exhausted in the evening). We love checking out the photos and seeing the fun he has with his buds. Companions is wonderful for cats!! I've boarded my cat before (in the States) and Companions prices are what I am used to paying, but the facilities and care are BEYOND what I am used to. The cat area is incredibly nice, clean, and bright. I know my cat enjoyed having a window to look out of. Also, usually when I go to pick up my cat he is very stressed and anxious to get home from boarding, but when I picked him up yesterday -- he barely got up from his nap! That is how I know he was receiving good, kind care while at Companions. I would highly recommend this place if you have a cat and I will be returning. Thank you! More...

We've made this place our puppy's home away from home and she loves it there! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Our puppy has stayed here on numerous occasions most recently when we went on vacation for a couple weeks. Although we always miss our dog when we're away, we always know she is well taken care of and in great hands. My favourite part is that they often post photos of our dog having a blast while we are away! Highly recommended! More...

We love companions pet resort. I take my puppy there for his training through Pawsitively Happy Homes so I knew he would be comfortable there for his first day of daycare. The facility is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly! I love that they post pictures of the dogs everyday giving owners piece of mind. Thank you guys for fitting Winston in last minute! We recently started using Companions this past summer, and only have great things to say! Every time we have boarded our fur-babies we know they are in the best hands at Companions. Through the wonderful photos updated daily, to my over bearing "check in" messages to ensure my pups are having fun, they are always so friendly and willing to help. Every conversation with each and every staff member is above and beyond expectation. It truly shows how much they love what they do, and how much our pups love them. The last time we dropped Bruce off he was so excited to see the ladies at the front. The relationships they can build with our animals in such a short period of time is amazing.

My favourite part is at pick up when they bring our guys out, they release the leash and let them get so excited to see us. The smiles on the employees faces says it all. Thank you for all you do, your hard work and dedication! More...

I have been taking Mika my Alaskan Malamute here since she was a puppy. This place is amazing and unlike anywhere else. It's clean, fresh, and the people are so nice. I never feel guilty when I leave my dog here, if anything she is on vacation herself �. She is now 2 and I still bring her once a week just so she can have lots of playtime with other dogs and it's good for socializing them. Fantastic place, we were concerned we wouldn’t find a comparable place to board our two gun dogs after emigrating to Canada last year and then we found Companions. We couldn’t be happier and neither could the boys! They live for the outdoors and get so much time socialising and being outside they are shattered when they get home again. They are taken such great care of and the staff are wonderful and have really taken the time and gotten to know my two characters so well that when we arrive there is no trepidation and noses are straight into laps (or bags, or pockets or any possible treat hiding spot!) thank you for being so great! I can’t thank you enough for always taking such great care of Stella! She’s like a kid on Christmas morning every time she sees her “doggie daycare” bag. She whines the entire drive, with her nose pressed up against the window, and when we arrive, we’re always greeted with a happy, smiling face! Stella doesn’t even say goodbye to me, she’s so excited to see all her friends, and when I pick her up, she sleeps the entire way home, so I know she got the exercise and socialization that she needs! Not knowing where to board our kittens while away I was reffered to Companions by my vet who has many costumers who take their dogs here and absolutely love the care here . .. no one knew though much about their cat boarding. I am extremely happy with their care and was at total ease leaving them here for two weeks while away. Though we missed our Ginger & Magnum like crazy they were in great hands! Will be bringing them back here when the need arises. Great place for cats to take their Vaca too

I'm thrilled with the service I have recieved from this business! I specifically chose Sarah to help with my dog reactive rescue after tons of research to choose the right trainer for not only my dogs needs, but mine as well. The goal was to help him trust me so we can work through his anxious behaviors, and we have gotten just that, plus more. Sarah uses non aggressive techniques to help dogs and their humans reach attainable/sustainable goals for a happier life overall. My dog is a bully breed and there's tons of stigma attached to training such a powerful dog. Sarah didn't fall for any of that crap(she has a bully mix). No using force. No making your dog "submit". No pain inducing tools(prong collars, choke chains, e collars...etc. Ick). I did 3 one on one training sessions with her just over a year ago, as well as the adult basic obedience class to help him get used to being in a room with other dogs. I can officially say that he's a different dog. Walking him is no longer a painful chore. I can bring him to more places without it being a nightmare. He is happier(and us lol)and that was the goal.
On-top of that, this business has created a lovely community among clients and I've gained like minded friends from this. Highly, highly recommend. More...

We are so blessed to have experienced this amazing support. Without their visits, advice, techniques, classes, email responses, FB posts, our very touch sensitive puppy would have been re-homed. Instead he is slowly falling in love with our family. Michelle is patent, understanding, reassuring, and so positive. With her guidance we were able to change our dogs emotional response to being touched so that he can become a member of our family. The team (Stephanie and Sarah) have been great in class and on FB as well, posting helpful comments, tips, videos...it's so much support and love for the pets and pet parents.
