Madeline has been walking my dog, Chameli since more then 2 months now. I am very happy with her and trust her in my home. I really appreciate that even in extreme cold weather of - 25 -30 deg, not a single schedule was missed. Madeline takes great care of our dogs and definitely goes the extra mile. She is very responsive, provides us with photos and an update for every single walk, and will even clean up after our dogs accidents in the house which she definitely does not need to do! Atlas loves his walks with Madeline and Brett so much that he starts watching for them 15 mins before they arrive, tail wagging the whole time. They are always on time, and they always take Atlas for his full hour, never shorteneing the walks. Madeline walks my little yorkie Bella on individual 30 minute walks! She is so professional and you can tell she truly cares about the animals she takes care of. I have been using Parker & Co. Dog Services for just shy of a year now on a periodic basis. They come over and look after my two dogs several times a year when I have to be away on business/vacation. They always send me updates letting me know how my little guys are doing and include photos as well (I ask for 4 updates per week, but they will give you daily updates as well if that is what you prefer). The house is always clean when I return, and I can tell they play with the dog's and their toys. Their attention to detail and reliability has made them a critical part of my trip planning. We have been using Parker and Co for 8 months now and we could not thank this company enough. We have a very high energy little dog who can be a bit of a handful at times, and knowing he is taken care of while we work is such a relief.
