I recently had brake problems that needed immediate attention and I pulled into Onyx Auotmotive. They specialize in European vehicles and I was worried that they would not help me and my GMC. The owner CR greeted me at the counter and assured me that they can help any person with any vehicle makes. They immediately diagnosed the issue and quickly repaired the problems. I took my car here And after 3 days and no communication with the shop (I called once a day for 3 days) was told each time they would call me later that day I ended up writing a bad review and they got upset messaged me on Facebook and assured any work they may have done on the car would be free upon arrival he also had mentioned being short staffed due to covid so I asked why are you booking people if your short handed he then got upset and pointed out I was late for my appointment which I was and had called an hour early to let them know I had gotten a flat tire he assured me it would be no issue and I showed up to drop my car half 30 mins late but I arrived to pick up my car no one was working shortly walking around the lot aimlessly a young man drove up asked me what I was doing I said I was here for the Subaru and he was very kind grabbed my keys and was nothing but polite I got in my car and read the key chain to read under body -HARDLY And under colour- So I guess my car wasn’t nice enough for them to work on sorry guys I’m 20 and can’t afford a brand new car
