The person who does the cleaning is excellant but the compay it's self is not as good. Several times paid, confirm by bank it has been accepted and then they send an invoice and dispute it.

Check your bank statements again please and send us proof of those multiple extra payments. This is not true. We only received payments every time we performed services for you. And as we mentioned in our email to you; you DID NOT RECEIVED ANY EXTRA INVOICE. It was just a SALES RECEIPT that shows what we received from you. It was your proof of payment. That is all! Clearly you didn’t understand what you received. Unfortunate all these comments. Please send us PROOF OF THOSE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS cause in our bank never showed up. These kind of public actions you are taken must be proof. Still waiting on them.

Good start to things and given quote for the job. Six months later (June) we were told they couldn’t do the job for the allotted time anymore, they needed much more time (funny it was not a problem before).
Then when I texted to confirm cleaning for the week they told us they could no longer clean for us because they were unstaffed. Our house is a very light clean, nothing intense even though yes it’s large. They also broke items, they did tell us, but they did not seem too concerned.

Two staff came to clean. As this was the sixth cleaning company I’ve hired I voiced my concerns. They listened exceptionally well.
They worked very well together and did an outstanding job.
All I know is that there will not be a seven cleaning service.
Onecallonly is definitely my “go to” cleaning service.
