They have made me feel really comfortable throughout the purchase agreement and made sure to advise the current tenants of the building who the new owner was and that they would be managing the property going forward. What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about my job! The part I love the most is hearing from owner's of how happy and stress free they are knowing that someone is handling their properties professionally and that their investments for the future are flourishing!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a property owner, I was always looking for someone with an attention to detail. I decided that instead of looking for someone, I was going to do it myself and offer the services to other owners looking for the same things.

Rent Collection
Collect all rent and arrears and submit to owner of the property
Property Maintenance
Provide general day-to-day maintenance making sure that all health and safety concerns are met.
Landlord and Tenant Board
Handle all issues with notices, filing with the board and attending all hearings to ensure the owner is protected and receives the proper judgement.
Lawn Care/Snow Removal
Showing of units
Schedule viewings for vacant units followed by a thorough application process.
