What’s your interior design process?
Initial meeting the client to figure out their exact needs.
Formulate a design with a presentation including floor plans, and product sourcing.
Implement the design by working with trades and providing turn key project management.

Staging
Staging Services:
Noor is a Staging expert whose keen eye instantly knows how to revamp a space to reach its full potential, both aesthetically as well as practically. Each home and client has it’s own personality and requirements, that’s why Noor stages her homes based on the lifestyle of the target clientele and the history of the neighbourhood it is situated in. With her fun and positive demeanour, Noor takes the stress away from her clients, and gives fast, effective results. The homes upon completion are fresh, comfortable, gorgeous and ready for their photo shoot!
Our Staging Method
• We start with a tour of the home with the client, this initial meeting is to best understand what will make the home sell quickly and lucratively. We figure out floor plans, items that will be re-purposed, and things that need to be put away and edited.
• Next, new furniture and décor items are sourced. Depending on the condition of the home, if any minor renovations such as painting, electrical and lighting are required, these are also finalized at this time.
• The final step is the “Staging Day” when we bring everything together and make every surface shine and sparkle. Attempts are made to schedule in the photographer to come in the next or even the same day to make use of an immaculately decorated and staged home.
