Reply left by moving company is not truthful. Damages were done when company moved. No investigation was done and Cody ghosted me after I tried to get issues solved.

Damaged furniture and and monitors. Cody told us they would replace my Computer Monitor only for them to send an old tiny TV that doesn't even have HDMI and must have come out of the garbage, worth a fraction of the original. Followed by refusal to pick up any calls and hanging up the phone when I do get in contact. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. More...

the monitor that was send was a new one which had hdmi it was at the same value of the original one. by rights we did not have to replace it as you the customer put it on a box that collasped on a tall stand and as well signed a waiver.

I contacted Cody at No Stress Moving in April of this year to arrange move around first of May. We agreed on time and day when initial contact made. I had to call him on date of move and was told they wouldn't be on time. After a few more calls on moving date two young men showed up approx. 5-6 hours later than original agreed on time. A few hours later 2 or 3 more people showed up to do move. The place we moved from was left filthy by their staff. Mud everywhere. It took several hours to clean. At new location same type of mess was done along with a damages to furniture,appliance, wood steps and missing hardware for furniture. When crew was bringing our belongings into new location we noticed damages to furniture and steps and Cody offered me 50 dollars to fix? I told him this was not acceptable. He did have someone come in to repair our washer approx. 2 weeks later. I had given him cash at end of move which was a mistake I made assuming he would arrange to have all repairs done. I have since tried to get Cody to have damages repaired with no success. One of my last texts from him in July or August was he would get to it. I have left several messages via text, phone calls to his cell number and office number and he has refused to respond. I have spoken to other people I know that have used his services and heard same type of complaints.I would not recommend this company to anyone and would not give Cody any type if reference.

sorry to hear this as our compnay has done a further investigation into this matter and it has been determined that the damages were previous damages and not caused by the crew. also the company has looked into the time issue and we will amit we were late but it was not 6 hours it was only by an hour.
