A really great place to relax and regain some calmness. Worth the trip when you are in Lethbridge.Consider an annual pass of your live close by; you can come during the different seasons and get a different impression of the Gardens. If you can, leave time to go into the buildings and hear the short presentations regarding the Garden's history and Japanese culture. Very beautiful Gardens. It's worth visiting a place in Lethbridge, immaculately neat and clean. We enjoyed spending a beautiful afternoon there. There are a lots of serene beautiful spots for photography. I wish they advertise it more on the Travel and Tourism websites. Before our visit, I had the impression that it must be a tiny little place in Lethbridge, but visiting it personally was a totally pleasant and amazing experience. More...

So serene in the summer, the Winter Light Festival is extraordinary in the winter. This garden is wonderful in all seasons! Named one of the top 10 “worth travelling for” in all of North America is not at all surprising! We are so lucky to have this garden in our own backyard! More...

We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting the garden for our 4th anniversary. Everything was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. (they loved my wife's Kyubey backpack) This has to be one of our new favorite spots and we will be coming back again and again! (ps, the green tea cookies were SO GOOD!!!) More...

Subtle gem hidden in the middle of the city. Finally had a chance to spend some time here after driving through to Calgary many times. So glad to have taken the time!Arrived on a recent drizzly Sunday afternoon, determined to at least walk around, not expecting much. However, we were lucky to latch on to one of the tours of the day.A young Japanese man dressed in beautiful Japanese attire gave a heartfelt & interesting tour of the grounds. He shared the garden history & layout as it ties into the spiritual philosophy of the garden. It deepened my appreciation for the details of each water feature, hill, rock & structure... well worth the tour if you happen to stop by. More...

Breathtaking, serene, picturesque! A tiny piece of Japanese Zen in an ever busy modern world. Embracing the tranquil quality of quiet waters, age defying architecture, stunning yet simple landscaping & a Rock Garden just to name some of the eye appealing features. Relax, sit & take in the gentle sound of the friendship gong or the peaceful echos of the gentle flowing waters while walking over any of the many footbridges. This is a must see for everyone! Affordable & small enough to not need hiking boots! More...
