What do you love most about your job?
I personally enjoy the flexibility and convenience of the medium. My team and I can teach from the comfort of our own homes and do not need to be at a specific place at a specific time to teach or to interact with our global students.
Most interestingly, we have a culture of enjoying the different beautiful cultures we get to meet on a weekly basis from learners all over the world as well as diverse age range people. I come from a HR background which makes me ardently in awe towards meeting new aspirants as students no matter from which field and subject they are from.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ideology to become my own boss and helping people across the globe through my teachings. Things were not broken into "simple" for me. I have been pushed to do the reverse by my own methodologies for people. Why make things hard in today's world? Being professional as well as kind and gentle does not cost a mountain!
Technology and my native language French as well as my academic qualifications have motivated me to a great extent to open my own tutoring business!

We have turned ourselves completely DIGITAL!
We have made several meetings online with our teachers and new recruits are always given a brief out.
Social media and WhatsApp Business as well as our professional email has helped in a good way to let our customers know what they can expect when they book a seat for their classes.
Early communication prior any DEMO classes as well will help my clients and me as well to understand the changes made due to Covid-19 because we have been receiving a lot of requests to meet people in-person. Turning digital has been quite a BIG job nevertheless, zoom has been an aid to meet people and build trust.
Also, the basic care of adopting sanitizers has always been voiced out as a part of humanity. This gives my customers a sense of care from our side and confidence that they can trust our service fully.
