PREFACE When inventory is high and the buyers are cherry picking properties, staging has become more vital in getting my clients' properties sold for top dollars. BACKGROUND: I had Ariel and her team stage my client's condo. My client was skeptical about the necessity at first and thought the property would sell itself. The fact was there were already 3 other units with exact same floorplan sitting on the market for as long as 50+ days. The condo was full of junk. PROCESS: At the condo, Ariel gave us some advice. She took some pictures and did some room measurements. We also discussed our goal and some other specifics. Before she left, Ariel gave my client a to-do list. Finally the big day arrived after a few days. Ariel arrived with another stager. While my client was still cleaning up here and there, they helped my client organize their stuff and declutter the space. It took both of them 5 hours straight to de clutter and showcase my client's home with their staging skills and tons of material that they brought in. As a result of ArielZ's staging, the decor was completed upgraded. A wow factor was created and eyes were naturally directed to the right place. Not only the place looked more upscale but also it now appeared bigger and brighter. My client was totally convinced and very pleased with the makeover. RESULT: Also thanks to my photographer , the photos came out very appealing..The property had a lot of showings as soon as it came on the market. Finally the property was sold firm in one week. COMMENTS: My client and I were very thankful to Ariel and her team for their professionalism and attention to details.
