Easy to talk to and develop a plan for meeting my goals!
Michelle is cautiously assertive in her approach. She conducted a fulsome fitness test and was mindful in confirming with me what actives are liked and disliked, while at the same time providing advice regarding how to facilitate best results. While expecting that as a client I adhere to a schedule, she has also proven to be appropriately considerate in managing the challenges that work and family can sometimes create. She has also been very supportive in facilitating exploration of new options for helping to reach fitness goals. As you would expect, she pays close attention to form and mitigating the risk of injury; and gently discusses diet so that behavioural transition along our fitness journey is fulsome and sustainable.
