Michelle is cautiously assertive in her approach. She conducted a fulsome fitness test and was mindful in confirming with me what actives are liked and disliked, while at the same time providing advice regarding how to facilitate best results. While expecting that as a client I adhere to a schedule, she has also proven to be appropriately considerate in managing the challenges that work and family can sometimes create. She has also been very supportive in facilitating exploration of new options for helping to reach fitness goals. As you would expect, she pays close attention to form and mitigating the risk of injury; and gently discusses diet so that behavioural transition along our fitness journey is fulsome and sustainable. I provide effective workouts that help clients reach their goals. I am supportive yet I push my clients to go beyond what they think they can do. I charge resasonable rates that allow my clients to reach their goals.

Services

I offer personal training in my apartment gym, which has a wide range of equipment and online.

I do not come to clients house as I don't drive.

My passion is cardio, general fitness and basic strength training.

I charge between $30 to $50 per session. I offer packages of 4 8 12 and 16 sessions. These sessions can be individual or group.
No refunds

I focus on weight loss, bodybuilding running and strength training goals.

I provide online coaching and nutrition plans via weekly check ins.

I offer 10 and 12 week race programs. Each running programs cost $25. and you can receive within a 3 days after payment.

I offer healthy eating and weight loss coaching. We look at you eating habit and design ways to improve it without dieting or going Keto.

One Nutrition session is $45 and includes a plan and a follow up.
