Mr Smooth is a family owned and operated business. We have been providing curbside and catering services throughout Atlantic Canada for the past 18 years. We can bring a fun and unique vibe to any event. We offer a varity of menu options that are sure to compliment any event whether large or small.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish in the food truck is or Kickin Chickin Buffalo Fries and Any Atlantic Seafood Creation. For our more formal meals its our Southern Fried Chicken. But we can curtomize any meal and put our stamp on it.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are able to customize menus based on our clients needs and vision. We give you what you want.
What do you love most about your job?
Our clients are the best. Also working with my favorite people my family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always had a passion for food creation. Our family is a team so what better way to work than to work together as a family. This ensures quality and dedication always.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before and after Covid we have increased hand washing, If employees are sick they are not permitted to work. We where masks when requested. Cleaninessis a priority always.
