My name is Julian Hoang, I am currently a fitness trainer at Goodlife fitness. I have graduated from Fitness and Health promotion program and obtained NSCA-CPT certificate. My main focus is on functional training, muscle strength, explosive strength, weightlifting for both general and elite athletes.

You will get a customize detail plan base on your fitness goal and your current fitness level/health condition. We will keep track everything from workout, nutrition to rest. Every 2 weeks we going to take your record of exercises and measurements. And more..

There is no secret (sorry). You have to put in the work and I will guide you to success. That's it!

I am always a active person, I love any kinds of physical activity. So I want to pass those passions to everyone around. I love to see people I train success in their fitness journey.

I do not use fancy exercises to try to sell you. I'll teach you the fundamental, safe and effective exercises. So you can get the result you want. And more importantly, you will going to stick to it for life.

Yes, I do online training, virtual training. Basically, we will training thru Zoom call, Facetime. The same with in-person training but more flexible.

I will make sure to keep the training space clean and safe. During the lockdown, we also can do online training.
