Monarca was founded in 2021 by two entrepreneurs working in the cleaning industry when COVID 19 hit British Columbia in late 2019. However, they soon saw themselves without any income due to layoffs and started their own company.
This company has strong values that support women by providing a reliable source of income while also striving to improve their quality of life. In Monarca, we support sorority, fairness and equality.

Monarca answered my desperate call when a tenant left without cleaning and I had to complete a move out clean of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and suite in a 6 hour timeframe. A team of 2, Mariza and Patricia were onsite within 2 hours and did the most amazing job. They were both so friendly, professional and kind. Move-in/Move-out cleaning
Professional cleaning services for apartments, condos, offices, commercial places and houses on-call basis when the tenancy contract is due.

We have detailed monitoring, we do a check list at the beginning of the service to report any deviation from standards, we clean, order and classify according to your instructions, at the end of the service a verification check list is carried out.
