We have been extremely disappointed with every aspect of our relationship with this company. This company took at least $12 000 of our money and delivered nothing of value and a full 1 year and a half later refuse to refund the money. The work they did perform cost us $7 000 to redo. The renovation was undertaken to help a disabled member of our family function better in the kitchen…the work was abandoned mid project and never completed. MID actually made the situation worse. We deeply regret ever hearing the name Modern Image by Design. Oddly, that is the best thing that we can say about this company! More...
