Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a couple and family therapist, a mental health nurse and a psychotherapist.
Couple therapy
We are talking about a joint approach with one or more life partners, to arrive at a better understanding of relational dynamics. Communication often takes center stage and I use the emotion-centric approach to untie the knots that don't blend well in the strings of the relationship.
Family therapy
In this follow-up, the immediate or extended family is invited to the process. Everyone participates freely and contributes to the measurement of their capacities for the well-being of each member of the family unit. Although it is common to start with a person at the center of the process, the problem is depersonalized and studied systemically, in an atmosphere of security and respect.
Individual therapy
It is an individual process where the person feels the need to make changes in their life, to stop suffering or even to relieve themselves of blockages which prevent them from developing fully.
Conferences and seminars
Conferences and seminars on the health of couples and families are also possible by visioconference. If you would like me to talk to your employees or your members, contact me and I will be happy to create training related to the needs of your organization.
Group psychotherapy
For this approach, I ask a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 12, who are experiencing common difficulties. As a therapist, I use the strength of the group to help each of its members to see more clearly and make decisions that will promote their recovery.
