James and his crew renovated a downtown condo for me which included tearing down a concrete wall, tearing out a kitchen, installing a total new kitchen including quartz countertops, new flooring, plumbing, appliances, electrical etc. He obtained all the permits, worked with a difficult condo board and yet completed everything exactly how and when he said he would. James also created an open concept kitchen, installed a new bathroom and new luxury vinyl tile flooring though out my house in the suburbs. I totally recommend James for any home renovation.... he is a protectionist who is great at problem solving and completes everything to the highest of standards. At all times he kept me informed of what to expect and left the sites clean and neat when he left each night. If you want someone who will keep to his word and be extremely professional I highly recommend Manulock construction. More...

Gave James the job of replacing the fencing on both sides of my property. He and his crew did a great job. So asked him to repair and paint my cantina, power wash the exterior of the house and seal my driveway. Again, he did not disappoint. We originally had James and his crew replace a fence that had been lost in a windstorm. We were so happy with the work that we had him replace all of the fence. We were also looking at having our driveway and interlocking done about the same time. Given the quality of the work on the fence, we gave this job to James as well. What a great choice! He came up with a great design plan, creative solutions, and brought the vision to reality. We couldn't be happier with the results. What inspired you to start your own business?
I started doing landscaping at a young age and just found a love of creation within that process and in 2003 I decided to start my own company to pursue that, it wasn’t long before we grew into renovations and began to perfect our methods in the construction feild. Now more than a decade later I am still as passionate about my company and my customers as I was the day I began this journey.
