I hired Danya to cook an in-home vegetarian birthday meal for a special friend. What a delight! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Danya has the warm welcoming style of a grandmother who loves to spoil you, combined with a sophisticated appreciation of outstanding ingredients, a deft calm hand, and a great sense of humour. We recently had Lulu's Apron cater a private dinner for 5 of us on Salt Spring Island. Every single course was a delight; both visual presentation and taste .
