We began working with Lucy's In April 2019 and I can honestly say it has been the best decision we've made for our housekeeping needs. Having worked with many different cleaning companies over the years, it was very difficult to keep any long term as we could never find a company that provided the quality and consistency we required. What a treat to have my house clean by professional cleaners! To enjoy the summer season more, I decided to hire a cleaner every two weeks to do the typical dusting, vacuuming and washing floors.

Axle was the best!! Very customer friendly and really did a great job. We have used other companies in the past. You know the cheapo's, $69 -$89 do all types. We had a problem with one well known company. They solved an issue by saying they didnt need customers like us. Fools!! What a waste of money! Clean added carpet cleaning to the package after the cleaners started I was sure the he new buyer would need to refinish all the floors but Lucy's cleaning proved us wrong. Added to

We used Lucys to have our carpets and upholstery cleaned. Axel the owner of Lucys completed the job personally. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the carpet material and the best products to use on them. He even managed to get paint stains out of the carpet in a room we recently painted. He is a very professional and personable man. The carpets look fanatastic and our 30 year old dinning room upholstered chairs look like they are brand new. Thank you very much. I used Lucy's cleaning for a move out service for a one bed room condo. They had two cleaners come and had the condo cleaned in one hour. I have to say I was hesitant at first of what the quality of work would be since it took such a short amount of time but once I went to the condo I was so impressed!! I did call around and get quotes from four other local cleaners and Lucy's was the most reasonable for what services they provided. They also brought all their own cleaning supplies and vacuums so that was very convenient for me as I did not want to leave anything in the condo. We moved into our new place at the beginning of the month. When we went and did the final walkthrough with the landlord at the end of December, it was evident that the old tenants had not cleaned the house. The landlord was at a loss and a friend of ours who had used Lucy's recommended them. Although it was in the middle of the holiday season, Axel from Lucy's cleaning was more than accommodating. They came out to take a look at the place and told us not to worry about it, they would take care of it for us. We agreed to terms, which were more than fair and handed him the keys to our soon to be new home. We have a newborn baby, so we were really concerned. The previous tenants had pets and it was highly evident. Within days Axel called us back and said he was ready to give us back our keys. We were skeptical at best. We met Axel there and were amazed!! The place was spotless and looked fabulous. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh! We are now going to us Lucy's Cleaning Service to clean our home regularly. I had hired Lucy's cleaning as a test to see if I wanted to have continued service with them. They were recommended by a friend. I asked them to come for a 3 hour clean. When I got home that day, I checked my house and realized they missed the downstairs half bath. They came out within the hour of me calling them and cleaned it for me.
