I think it's important to recognize how difficult it is to reach out for help, and I'm so grateful that you've chosen to reach out to me. I'm not gonna sugar-coat it, sometimes therapy can be tough. And while there are 168 hours in a week, sadly, you only get to spend one of those with your therapist! While I wish I could be there every hour for all my clients, that just wouldn't be realistic.
