Are you feeling stuck and ready for change? Are you are looking for support in navigating life's roadblocks, seemingly big or small? I believe that everyone has strengths and resources to create healing in their own life. We can work together to connect with those strengths and take steps towards becoming the fullest version of yourself. As an accredited music therapist, I am also trained to incorporate music in all forms into psychotherapy sessions. This could be listening, creating, or making music. How we choose to incorporate music depends on your goals, strengths, and interests -- no musical experience is required to benefit.

I specialize in working with individuals ready to navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem. I hope to support you in creating a more meaningful, authentic life. I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health issues and also work in Grand River Hospital's mental health unit.
