They leave a giant mess across 3-4 properties with no intention of cleaning after themselves. Truly disgraceful. No pride in their work.

Had a tree removed from front yard and the stump ground down. Great service, good cleanup. They would not take my money until after the job was finished and I was satisfied with the work I would recommend them.

I received 3 quotes for removal of a spruce tree from our front yard all BBB accredited. Jerry was the only one who came to my door and spoke to me. He had a professionally written up quote. He gave a fair price. The service to remove the tree was great. Each time they came they were here and gone very quickly and left my yard very clean as if they hadn't been there. Kildonan Tree Service trimmed two trees and removed two trees and stumps. The gentleman who gave the estimate was very helpful with his advise and carefully made notes,he gave us an estimate, that we felt was reasonable, and agreed to have the work done. When the work was completed, I thought one of the stumps wasn't all removed. After a few calls back to reception, they said the would send him back. I was here when Shane returned, he told me that it was not part of the cedar stump, that he already removed. He agreed to axe it out. He told me this was not part of my order, but kindly and professionally removed it. I am grateful for the job that was done and have referred others to your service. This company used to take care of my elm trees when I lived in Elmwood. I paid for their service, as the city did not have a comprehensive program in place at that time, to keep my elms safe from disease. I had an estimate done to remove two large trees at my current home. They honoured that estimate, even though I had the work done over a year later. Several years later contacted them to remove more of the stump due to grade changes made during landscaping my back yard. Prompt and courteous on all occasions. We live in River Heights and were looking someone to trim some large oak boughs overhanging the front roof of our house and several smaller oak, elm and spruce branches along the side that were overhanging and brushing the house. We had used Kildonan a few years ago to remove a large elm that was rubbing against the house. We were very happy with their work at that time. However, after reading the reviews on this site, we became a little wary and decided to shop around. Kildonan had by far the best price, and based on past experience and the cost, we decided we could put up with some minor issues, if that came about. Bottom line - great job. Quick and clean.
