Chelsea is the best!! Even through video training once a week, she is always available to answer your questions whenever you message her. I work with jade. Before I was working with her I was previously going to the gym 4-6 times a week and calorie counting to try and lose weight. For close to a year at min I was trying this and was unable to see any progress or results. Since working with jade in February I have lost 30 lbs and gained more muscle strength. Jade listened to all my areas of concerns and helped me learn the proper nutrition and work outs I should be doing. When I require modification to work outs she changes it. Working with Sheldon as my personal trainer is extremely cool. He always shows me new moves and excersices regarding areas in my body that i wanna strengthen. Everytime i tell him about one of my injuries he helps me overcome them. Matthew Baker was awesome! He helped to encourage me to pursue a healthy lifestyle after hitting a stagnant patch physically with Covid. By working on a 3 pillar approach: Nutrition, Fitness and Accountability. It's essential to have all three to keep the weight off or muscle gained.

We do macro coaching, give a nutrition template, use an app to put our clients workouts into so they can see how to do with exercise with a video demonstration.

An important WHY. WHY do you want to complete this goal? It has to be so powerful that even on the days you don't want to workout or eat healthy that you can look at your why and remind yourself why you are doing this!

We have an app that we use to design your fitness program in. It also keeps travks of your nutrition, integrates with Apple watch/ Fit Bit and MyFitnessPal.

This program can be designed for an at home workout or in the gym!

Do you need extra accountability or Improve your form? Meet your trainer via video call and they will fuide you through your workout so you onow you wont be making any mistakes!

This package will also include online training. You will also get our fitness app and nutrition plan with this package.

Want to work on your nutrition and learn exactly what your body needs?

Work 1-1 with one of our nutritionists who will give you a weekly meal plan on what your body needs to achieve the results you want!

We have nutritionists that work with athletes, weight loss and pre & post natal.
