I'm a piano teacher with 20 years of teaching experience. I'm a RCM Certified Advanced Specialist in Piano, and I'm also an Associate of the London College of Music (at the University of West London).
I enjoy working with students of all ages and levels, both in-person and virtually.

Kelley is an amazing online piano teacher! I'm so happy our kids are learning with him. Our kids have been doing online Zoom lessons with him for almost a year and my kids have so much fun. He uses interactive on-screen games to engage students, he makes beginner concepts so clear and easy to understand, and he provides just the right amount of structure versus freedom for children. I don't need to force my kids to practice for their weekly lesson, and they always finish the Zoom call with a big smile and walk away feeling accomplished. I really think Kelley goes above and beyond; he's such a kind and considerate teacher. So happy to have found him online and thanks for giving us the flexibility to do online lessons but still delivering the quality of in-person lessons. Definitely give Kelley a try if you're looking for piano lessons, and don't hesitate to try online lessons either! Although we didn't originally find Kelley via Bark, he's by far the best piano teacher our daughter has had; WAY better than our previous 2 teachers who taught in-person. Kelley is one accomplished teacher. Although he may look young, he has decades of experience and a Certified Advanced Specialist in Piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. I think he's also accredited in the UK as well. He brings so much knowledge and enthusiasm. It's probably why his studio is so full and he's so in demand. I can't be happier to have found Kelley for our son's piano lessons and will sing his praises wherever I go :) When Covid hit, we lost our piano teacher as she wasn't able to teach virtually. We chose Kelley as our teacher based on a couple of friends who highly recommended him, and we quickly started virtual lessons with him. Our son has improved so much in the last 4 months. Kelley's been able to fill in deficiencies in his playing, correct technique and issues we didn't even know existed in his playing. Our son just did his RCM exam under Kelley's guidance and he scored a 94%, which is something we've never seen in his piano since his previous exam scores had always been in the 80s. That's been an eye opener for us. Kelley goes above and beyond as a teacher in ways that I've not seen in other piano teacher. He's not just a piano teacher but truly cares for his students. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy being able to connect with students of all ages and walks of life. Most of all, I enjoy sharing my love of music and inspiring others to see and experience music in their own way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a Classical pianist, I missed the teaching aspect and the time spent passing on a craft. Now I get to pass on my experience, knowledge, and skills to other pianist, whether those just learning for fun or those pursuing a career in music.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 20 years of teaching experience, and am certified by both the Royal Conservatory of Music, as well as the London College of Music (at University of West London). I'm a Registered Music Teacher in BC, and I remain current in pedagogy through ongoing professional development. Beyond this, I engage with my students in a relaxed, fun, open learning environment whether it's for in-person lessons or virtual lessons. My goal is to ultimately foster a love of music in my students.
