Katrina is a true gem and a real find as a coach. She is empathetic and understanding yet is not afraid to say the hard things that people need to hear to be able to move forward. My background in Psychology is very similar however, Coaching allows me to work with people who WANT change. My clients are intensely motivated and committed to creating the life that they truly want. I love helping people achieve happiness.

Having 20 years of experience in business, a Bsc.h Psychology and Certification as a Professional Life Coach, I am well versed in techniques and strategies to help my clients in achieving their goals. Beyond that, I engage continually in business and personal development and have my own Coaches as partners in my journey.

I am compassionate and empathetic, easy to talk to and will give you time to process difficult emotions. I will also not hold back when telling you what I see in a way that will encourage understanding and serve you as powerfully as possible.
