I made a booking and had to change the date last minute, they were able to accommodate me. Jessica and Salina were great, I booked a deep clean which is 5 hours, our place wasn't that dirty so it only took them 3. 5 hours. When I contacted JUSclean to as about a price adjustment as they told me it is by the hour, I was told that because I booked on there promo that they couldn't adjust the price. I am sorry but if I am going to pay for 5 hours then I expect 5 hours of work, I paid the full bill but will not be booking through them as the ownership/management are not very professional. More...

Absolutely do not recommend this company. I was quoted $150 for a basic clean - we are moving and I wanted a few things done after the property was vacant - Khristina agreed and I scheduled a date. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, for Deep Clean's, each staff member comes equipped with cleaning supplies, mop, and vacuum cleaner.
To keep surface cleans affordable, we do not include a vacuum cleaner, just cleaning supplies.
If you need one, please mention it upon booking in. *Charges will apply

1) We try to tidy and clean as we go. Our pledge to you - you will not come home with your items in garbage bags.

Sanitized Equipment
@JusCleanIt, we know clean! We are continuing to sanitize all our equipment between each home. We will wipe down anything reusable before we enter and before we leave! All clothes are sanitized after each use.
Shoes off at the door
We will be leaving our footwear outside to eliminate any cross-contamination. Once we enter, we may have our indoor shoes that are sanitized between each home.
Social Distancing
For everyone's safety, we ask that clients maintain a safe distance from staff. If you cannot leave your home on the day of your clean, we ask that you find a space that allows them to work safely.
We are always happy to switch your levels as we move through.
Masks
To help protect you and our employees, we will be wearing masks throughout the duration of your service.
Sanitizers & Gloves
Thankfully, the Covid 19 virus and many other viruses are easily killed when proper hand washing is practiced! This means our cleaners have been instructed to soap and sanitize as they go; our staff also has made disposable gloves optional. We will often only wear gloves for our sanitizing round as certain chemicals can be very drying to our skin!
Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedures
Did you know that to sanitize a home properly, it must be clean first? Surfaces must be free of dirt, grime, and oil for sanitizing agents to do their job. We use high-quality disinfection cleaning products and will be sanitizing all the touchpoints in your home, which is detrimental to any unwanted germs or viruses.
Ensuring Everyone's Health
It seems that no matter where you go, you are asked if you're feeling well. It's no different here! Staff is not to work if they or anyone in their home is feeling ill. We have waived cancellation fees due to illness. If you have felt sick or have traveled out of the country within the last 14 days, we ask that you book with us at a later date.

A top to bottom clean. If it's dirty, we clean it! Detailed wall washing, baseboards, doors, crown moldings, clean cupboards in & out, with special attention in every nook and cranny. Scrubbing the kitchen from top to bottom, cabinets in and out, inside your oven, microwave, stovetop, etc.

Post Construction Clean
We help contractors and builders turn over their final product to clients with exquisite attention to detail. Let us help you to rest and relax after a big project. We have experience and are very knowledgeable about the building and construction process.
