Still early as it was my first session but I feel comfortable with the therapist and that is key. Looking forward to next sessions.

I had the pleasure of having Carrie Cardwell as my therapist. From the first meeting I could tell we were a perfect match. Carrie showed lots of enthusiasm in helping me address my concerns. She was also very accommodating with dates and times. I felt very comfortable working with Carrie through my journey. She has been a huge part of my progress thus far.My every session with Carrie I felt more empowered and always left with a good mood. I would definitely vouch for Carrie she was a real gift to have experienced during my hardest times! More...
What do you love most about your job?
Empowering clients to connect with parts of their psyche that need attention, which then frees up their energy towards positive actions. Witnessing clients "fall into themselves" is a powerful experience: when emotional safety is established, they reveal vulnerabilities which in turn frees their healing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Riding up a ski lift in the Boston area in my early 20's, a man asked what my interests were: "....the Arts and psychology," I replied. His next words- that I should look into Art therapy-- felt like a bolt of blue lightening. I knew then what I wanted to do. Personally, growing up, the arts were my savings grace, and I wanted to help people find the power of creativity towards their own healing.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients seeking depth oriented therapy need therapists who have the breadth of skills and experience to safely bring them there. Clients who may have done some therapy in the past, but are now stuck, may find this process beneficial. New awareness is developed, but also new skills. Tapping into their own creativity draws on clients strengths towards feeling more grounded and less stuck.
